The above detailed personal information are submitted to a third-party background check provider to verify the potential service professional’s identity. No potential service professional is able to join our team until the background check is completed and satisfactory.
Checks are conducted on all potential professionals by an accredited third-party check provider conducts a record search which looks back at least five years or longer permitted by law and available records. If an identity cannot be verified, the third-party check provider alerts the potential service professional to request additional documentation.
Serviceslane is sent the report of the checks conducted by the third-party check provider and we review the background checks in compliance with applicable law before determining whether the potential professional should join our team.
