Hiring a professional is simple, and only requires a valid credit card. You will not be charged until after the job is finished. You can book a professional up to 15 days in advance using the website.
If circumstances have changed and you no longer need your job completed, you have the option to cancel or reschedule your task before it is completed. Edit To adit, go in to your account and click on your bookings, click on the particular booking you want to edit and click edit, that will take to the booking page and you can just edit your booking. Reschedule To reschedule, go in to your account and click on your bookings, click on the particular booking you want to reschedule and click edit, that will take to the booking page and you can just reschedule to a more suitable date. Cancel To reschedule, go in to your account and click on your bookings, click on the particular booking you want to cancel and click cancel and it will automatically your booking. As long as you cancel within 24hrs of the booking date, you will not be charged.

Clients pay directly through Stripe, a third party payment processor. The entire payment process, is handled securely online through Stripe after a job is completed. Before your job is booked, you will be prompted to enter in a credit or debit card. We ask for your billing information when you're booking your task to verify your identity and to validate your card for payment. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards. Your credit card will be charged 24 hours after your job has been successfully completed. There's no need for cash to change hands, as we are a cashless platform. Please note that there is a 1 hour minimum on all jobs.
